Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1/2 pound yogurt cheese -- or cream cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon za'tar -- (sumac and thyme seasoning mix)

Spread yogurt cheese or cream cheese evenly on a serving dish; then
sprinkle with olive oil. Sprinkle za'tar over top; then serve as a dip or
as a spread for toast.

Makes 8 ounces (about 8 one-oz servings).

Much more digestible than milk, yogurt is ideal for the aged, pregnant
women, children, and the sick. It is believed that people who consume this
fermented milk product tend to have clear skin and find no problem in
enjoying a good night's sleep.
