Moroccan Caraway Soup - Hareera Karawiya

6 cups water
2 tablespoons flour -- dissolved in 1/2 cup water
2 cups very finely chopped fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon ground caraway seeds
3 tablespoons butter
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup lemon juice
Heat water in a saucepan and before it comes to a boil, slowly stir in the
flour and water mixture. Add the remaining ingredients except lemon juice;
then bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Serve immediately. If the soup
is not served at once, it will lose much of its taste.
Serves 6.
