1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil -- or 2 teaspoons dried basil
2 cloves garlic -- crushed
salt -- to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for a few
moments. Place in a serving bowl and chill. Serve with wedges of pita
bread.
Makes 6 - 8 servings.
