Re: [fast5] Re: I'm a Newbie!!

welcome Wendy! Its probably pretty normal to not feel so well at the beginning of starting this, when I started I really questioned myself whether I wanted to continue because i really felt awful, drained, nauseous, and had difficulty sleeping. I can't tell you how amazing I feel now, i'm glad i stuck it out. I don't feel like I have to eat hardly ever!! I am more than 170 pounds overweight thats more than 595,000 calories that I have to burn off extra, no wonder I'm never hungry haha! I sleep like a baby and have great energy during the day, my fatigue and cronic heartburn is gone, and i have such a little appetite!! I feel so great I can't emphasize that enough, its probably pretty silly looking to see a 340+ pound person hardly ever eat, best of luck to you!

Thank you Heather! I do have about 60 lbs. to lose. So, I am sure I have plenty of extra to last me a while.
