As a lifetime dieter, I've tried almost every "way of eating" in existence. At the present time my conscious choice is: NOT to eat vegeterian, organic, green, low-carb, high-fat, wheat free, etc. etc. etc. I'm over 60 years old, in excellent health with no food allergies, take no medication, and I choose to eat a large variety of "normal" foods, many of them highly processed.
For the past 4 years I've kept my weight between 110 and 115 lbs, successfully maintaining an extremely large weight-loss (160 lbs) through calorie-restriction
