I'm so sorry to hear that you were hospitalized, but thank God everything turned out okay!! ....please take care of yourself and don't take things too lightly....my father died of a massive heart attack at the age of 49, so I advise ALL men (women too) to not let any type of "pains" go without getting it checked out....that's one thing that sucks about our aging, our bodies just don't hold up like we want them too!!

Continual days of health and blessing to you, my friend!! ...I'm so glad to see you back and to know you're okay!!

Yo !!!

I just got out of the hospital & b4 u all ask ... I had "chest pain" Friday and I was feelin' like "a$$" the rest of the day so when 6 o'clock roll'd around I went 2 the ER in West Boca and I was held and tested til YESTERDAY ... Well, my cardiologist told me at 1st that there may b some blockage or calcium deposits in my heart or arteries. 2dy, this morning, my cardiologist told me that I'm good, everything is all good ... I gotta say all praises due 2 the most high/Allah/GOD ...

Thank u fam 4 all your emails and posts at Facebook, Myspace.com and text messages.

I love u all ...

(& for those of u who didn't know, I was in the hospital since Friday due to chest pain) ...
