Here are some recent meals :
2 strips bacon
3 fried eggs in bacon fat
1/4 cup blueberries with kefired coconut milk
tin of mackerel
cole slaw
nut balls (nut butter, chopped nuts, butter, coconut, vanilla, cocoa nibs)
broth with miso
steak
green beans and okra with ghee
squash and onions with ghee
salami
purslane and fennel salad
eggplant, garlic and parsley
nut balls
eggs scrambled in coconut oil
berries is kefired cream
Really simple: meat, non starchy veg, fat. Sometimes i just eat a spoonful or two of ghee if there wasn't enough fat in the meal to keep me satisfied.

You don't have to buy a ton of meat. A small amount of protein and enoughsome good fat will satisfy you more than you can believe right now. I am sure there are ways you can eat low carb for less$..... Eggs and lots of butter or coconut oil is very filling and not so costly.
