Subject: [epilepsy] Introduction and Questions
My name Is Ellen and have recently joined this group and thought I would introduce myself and ask some questions. I am currently 20 years of age and have just been placed on medication for having epileptic seizures. I started having them when I lived in DC about the age of 18/19. I had many of them over the course of a few months then all of a sudden they stopped and I didn't have another one for over a year. during that whole time however I was never placed on any sort of medication. My epilepsy is dormant and something, they think my type 1 diabetes, provokes it from coming out of being dormant then after the seizure it goes back into being dormant. I live in Mass. does anyone know about the Diving laws here at all? Also my older brother was very curious to know about any natural ways to help with the epilepsy?
