Re: [epilepsy] Hi everyone its erin

Millie,

I've had epilepsy since '74 and sweat allot too, I think it maybe connected to my heavy use of medicines/prescribed drugs, or over exercising due to the long walks required because I don't drive but still go to the selected places are required to have lunch, and don't ever have a driver give me a ride. Drivers aren't my friend especially when they wave me to walk in front of their car, and others maybe passing on their left. All in cars with bumpers that wouldn't be hurt too badly if it just strikes/fractures my leg and I wouldn't have their cars tag number in order for police to charge them with leaving the scene of an accident. I sweat allot but it seems like I most notice it after having walked a distance at a quick pace. I don't notice it during the walk, but notice it most when I sit w/ others who aren't.

You aren't the only one,
Tim Baldwin

erin,

Yes, depression is quite common when you have szs. I remember
years ago I was on on depression meds. that makes sense I guess.
I didn't want to have a sz but did so that can be depresssing.

I think we have to work really hard not to be depressed by doing
something for others or just keep moving. Get your mind on other
things. But there is a time when you can go past the place of
doing it yourself and you need meds and a dr. to help you.
