Hi Christian,
Have you ever gotten a massage? I get one once a month. I
don't hurt when I go in and I don't hurt when I leave but
that guy has the most educated fingers and hands! He can
sure find the sore spots. I find that keeps my muscles
from getting tighter than they are when I walk in.
