I participate in a CSA with a local organic farmer about an hour south of where I live. I also drive an hour one-way to buy eggs and chicken from a farmer who does not use soy in their feed. I follow WAPF and NT cooking and rarely eat out because I start reacting to all the additives, soy, etc. in the food.
Most people don't really how good food can taste until they get outside of Big Agra, and that will only come with more education.
