If you've had shingles, goodness...you've had a rough time.
Myself...I started FAST5 at the beginning of the year...I lost INCHES all over and also lost PAIN...aches and pains in my knees, general sinus and allergy issues...all of that improved with fast5. I did not lose any weight....meaning number on the scale did not go down. I recently started tweaking my calories a few days a week, going really low, about 600 to 800 calories and I've lost a "few". THing is, this is a LIFE PLAN....I know I must do this the rest of my life.
I can EAT. I know that my weight will drop over time.
I have MS...I cannot exercise as the different programs suggest...
I refuse to be TOLD by media and so many diet "programs" HOW to do this.
Fasting works. I feel better, I look better...I know the weight will go down. Eating all day long is TOO MUCH FOOD....requires too much thinking.
I did figure out that some FOODS cause my body to respond negatively. LIKE WHEAT, and wheat products. Milk, goodness....I had two big glasses of milk the other day...(I don't do that often)...and the next morning I had hives and itching and swollen eyes...I know it was the milk. I did know better.
I eat only what I LIKE. I am learning to LIKE...vegetables and other foods.
the facebook fast5 group is very supportive. There are some very successful dieters in that group.
