If you have a situation like that. Think of it, sort of like, stocking
shelves in a store. If you accidentally take a double dose, wait 24hrs.
to take the next dosage, so you don't overload what your system is used to.

By waiting 24hrs. from an accidental double dose, it will give your
system time to assimilate the double dose.
