[epilepsy] Drugs that show the reason Ketogenic diet works.

 

People w/o epilepsy therapy,

Any seizures began after being young enough to use the Ketogenic diet.Now this looks like I might finally be able to something that follows the reason it works.
A story in Bloomberg is titled:
Fatty Diet Preventing Seizures May Lead to Epilepsy Drugs
Begins:A fatty diet that helps control epileptic seizures may do so by triggering a chemical change in the brain that could leed to new treatments according to a Harvard University study.
Health Day has a story which begins:Its long been known that at a high fat,low carbohydrate dietcan reduce epileptic seizures that resist drug therapy,and now researchers studying mice say they know why.
