I use Excedrin Migraine - works in like 1 hour!  Anything that says migraine works best!

Have you found anything that helps with the dilly of headache
that seems to follow granmals. It has been almost 24 hours
now since last seizure, and I still feel headache especially
on one side of the head.

If there is anything non-prescription that you use, please
share that knowledge.
