Hi Milly

Well I feel very low, no concentrating, my arms jerk around,
the other day I felt very queasy with it, I couldn't look at
the bright lights. Can't really describe it. My head aches,
not like a full blown head ache but it just feels muzzy.

Well I have to positive, life is far too short to be
anything other. Yes I will let you know how it goes but I
would like to know more about this bright lights, I am
wondering if my ep is worsening. This is my first storm in a
long time but when they come, they still catch me out.
