like i said i need some one that knows what they are doing if i had a neighbor that knowsa bout computers i would have asked but unfortunatly i do not as this is why i came to the group

If you are not confident I suggest you need a neighbour or friend to
help show you the ropes. It is all easy, whether you use blogger or
wordpress or any number of such websites. But which is right for you
depends on you. My ForJane blog is built on blogger, and over the
years I have used that and wordpress extensively. But giving detailed
advice to you remotely is not going to help you.
An hour from a someone physically close who is reasonably literate
could get you up and running & provide further support as questions
arise.
