I've had 3 neuro-psych exams--the IQ portion is just part of the test. They are basically testing to see how much the seizures have affected your brain. Note: they use neuro-psych tests for many things, testing for ADHD, etc...
The first one I had was when I was first diagnosed. No damage to the brain, but I did discover some issues with taking math and science classes together. This allowed me to receive extra test time in high school.
The other 2 were about 10 years later. I actually was smarter (IQ wise), and no further damage to the brain. They are probably using your test to see how your brain works--can you stop if you see a red sign? It has nothing really to do with IQ, but more on how your brain functions.
I can't draw, or put together blocks since I'm not a very spatial person, but the test is just trying to figure out how different parts work.

The doctor who rated my testing basically said I was a moron as it was all non relevant questions; i.e., analyzing ink blots that looked like bats, memorizing a series of 20 words and trying to draw something that was more intricate than any painting I've ever seen! My doctors are trying to use this information to prevent me from driving! The doctor who did this was an obnoxious SOB who degraded me and now he wants to use this information to prevent me from driving.
Has anyone else had to take an IQ test for epilepsy that was later used against them to resume their lives? I have a lawyer and may just sue this quack as I do not see how any of this crap would affect my driving.
