[epilepsy] IQ Tests for Cognitive Disorders

 

Has anyone ever had a neuro psyche exam?  I had one last year while in the hospital for epilepsy.  The doctor who rated my testing basically said I was a moron as it was all non relevant questions; i.e., analyzing ink blots that looked like bats, memorizing a series of 20 words and trying to draw something that was more intricate than any painting I've ever seen!  My doctors are trying to use this information to prevent me from driving!  The doctor who did this was an obnoxious SOB who degraded me and now he wants to use this information to prevent me from driving.
 
Has anyone else had to take an IQ test for epilepsy that was later used against them to resume their lives?  I have a lawyer and may just sue this quack as I do not see how any of this crap would affect my driving.
