this is very seriouse you need to ask your doctor if to take your nightly doseage or not.   I dont think any body on the forum is a medical doctor. So you need to ask a medical professional

As a general rule, if you miss a dose, you consider it skipped. The
only time this would not apply is if you realize within 2 hours of the
scheduled time, and in that case you take it. If you do not realize
unitil the next dose is due, do not take it, only take your normal dose.

So if you take it at 10 pm and realize by midnight, take it. If you
realize after that, don't.

Never take more then once dose of meds at a time, never increase the
dose you are about to take because you realized you missed the last
one. The only exception to this is if you have specific directions from
your Dr. to do so.
