OMG!  I  just had an episode today and called my psychiatrist and my neuro doc a i'm not sure if its a panic attack or seizure.  I was't staring I just wasn't aware of what i was doing and I was like in slow motion but I remember most of what I was doing a half hour later.  I have been seizure free for a year or more and I don't want this to ruin my driving record as I'm reapplying for my driving license now

In my seizure history I have had grand mals, complex partials, and
simple partials. I have also had anxiety attacks. This sounds more
like anxiety to me.
