Don't memory games and puzzles give you bad migraines and make you dizzy? If I do Jumble Puzzles or Word Find puzzles, everything around me starts spinning and I get a severe migraine that lasts for a day or two.

After surgery in March 2008 I noticed that my short term memory was
definitely affected. I also noticed that converting those things to
long term were hard. Though it is still difficult, it has actually
gotten better as time has gone on. I do make a point of doing things to
help, like playing memory games.
