[epilepsy] Re: Motivation vs. Depakote, Trileptal or Topamax

 

A friend of mine was on Topamax (by itself/not in combination with anything else) and was just as many of you describe. Her motivation & energy levels were completely zapped for quite a long period (if I remember correctly she was on it 4 or 5 years) before the doctors finally believed it to be medication related & not depression.
