Hi Millie,

In Facebook groups, only people within that paticular group can see and read what's in the particular group. In a surgery group, there are only 60 people, only they see what's said in the group. Outside a particular group, that is when everybody can see it and that is only if you want them to see it. You can have it so nobody not a friend can see it. It's confusing I know! But in Facebook you can send emails which are one on one also, just like a regular email. Take care Millie, keep a smile on your face!
