Hello all,
I know I haven't posted on here in quite a while, but I've been trying something. The reason being I had a seizure back in August while mowing the lawn. That was the bad news. The good news, however, is that I think I've found one trigger for my seizures. I believe the reason was because I was getting dehydrated. Then as I looked back, I remembered that the two previous ones were both at martial arts class. So I put two and two together and came up with the conclusion that if I start getting dehydrated, that's when I'm more likely to have one. So now I'm trying to drink more water during the day. I can't say I'm always successful, but I'm getting better at remembering to do so. I've only had one close call since figuring that out, and that day I got so busy I just didn't make the time to stop and get a drink or two. I'm hoping to continue drinking more water and less soda, and maybe cutting down from two seizures a year (which is good) to no seizures a year (which would be great).
God Bless,
Mark S.
