*Cucumber Salad Dressing*
*Ingredients:*
- 1 large cucumber, peeled & chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 cup fat free plain yogurt (I used vanilla yogurt)
- 1 (8 oz.) fat free sour cream
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dill
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
*Directions:*
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor & blend until smooth &
creamy.
2. Keep refrigerated in an air tight container
