That is Awesome to hear James. As mine started as a result of a car accident 2.
I'm sorry that it took many yrs to get the VNS Implant but,I'm Glad it worked
for you. I hope that u continue 2 be seizure free for years to come... Charles

I can feel for all of you on7/27/75 I was at a residental school when I had my
last childhood SEIZURE & then I went till 7/15/80 & about 3 weeks befor on
620/80 est. I was in a car acent & had a head injury NO 1 even the ER Dr. the
day of the acedent though it was to minor for x-ray & was sent home then I was
seen by a Dr. for federal $ & that is when I had my 1st seizure in almost 5
years After that 1 I didnot have another 1 for 2 years & they became very active
& didnot quite down till 1994 & at that time I change Drs. my group home called
my doctor & was sent in we disscuessed a med & was slowly taken off & once that
happen I didnot have another 1 for close to 3 years then they started to act up
& I was offer a VNS INPLANT & since then my SEIZURES started to slow down even
more & to this candler year I have had only 2 SEIZURES Jim
