You can read the label: the enriched rice says "enriched" on it. But I usually get any brand that has an Asian-sounding name on it. It's generally grown in California, but made for the Asian market. Homai is good, and they sell it at Costco. I like the shorter, stickier rice though. If you like fluffy rice, the "Jasmine" rice is good.
Here is an interesting list of the rules. I like this one in particular:
(4) In the case of enriched parboiled rice, butylated hydroxytoluene may be added as an optional ingredient in an amount not to exceed 0.0033 percent by weight of the finished food.
Um, yeah. I'll go for the ones that just have "rice" in them. I called the manufacturer for the Jasmine rice once and asked what else is in there. He seemed shocked at the question. "Well, it's just rice!".
