Thanks for the welcome, Inna! I've been lurking here for the past month and have observed that the people here are nice, intelligent, and well-informed.
 
 Yes, I'm getting back into walking and plan to do some form of exercise at least 5 days a week. I use free-weights at home along with resistant-tubing, squats, crunches, etc. I've developed my own home exercise routine to include cardio, strength-training, and stretching. I'm too heavy at this time to run (I used to be an avid runner during my fit periods), so I use walking poles to bring up my heart rate and work out my upper-body. I've been in treatment for back problems since last October, and I'm now feeling well enough to get back into exercise. I know it may sound weird, but I've always loved to exercise. :-)
