Pan Broiled Shrimp - 3g Carbs, 1g Fiber, 2g Sugar

 Servings: 2
 
 1 tsp margarine
 1/3 medium sweet onion, sliced
 1/3 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
 Lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste
 
 Heat margarine in medium saucepan. Saute onion until
 translucent. Add shrimp. Saute until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
 Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
