You've just experienced the wonder that is Fast-5!  The flexibility of the program just rocks!  So now that you've opened your window, go 5 hours and close it.  Tomorrow, you're back to your regularly scheduled program.  :)
 
 Sometimes I have to eat at the in-law's house for holidays and things  so I just start my window early for that day and close it early for that day.  The next day I'm back on my 5-10 schedule.
 
 Sometimes it's a little tricky to abstain after an early window closes so I try to make sure I have lots of tea and water on hand.  Seems to work OK for me.
