[fast5] Carbs quetions

I am new and have not started yet. Could you tell me your routine and what you eat in your window?

Hi everyone,

I have with F5 since November and I have lost 40 pounds so far. I F5 with 75% raw food diet, and I am beginning to incorporate exercise.

I started with low carb with the raw foods but I felt so blah. Tired. Irritable. Moody. Then I started craving bread...pasta. ..etc. Now I have added more carbs and am feeling alot better.

I was wondering if it was normal to crave carbs with F5?
