I wouldn't think that just fasting would cause ketone breath. Cutting
carbs very low might cause that.
So if you're not cutting carbs when you eat, I doubt you'd be in ketosis.
(and on another group I'm on, it was suggested to beef up on the tooth
brushing and flossing and be mindful of the tongue IF you find you've got
ketone breath)
