[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] My Nut brittle

 

the nut brittle is simplicity itself.
1/2 cup of agave Nectar
2 cups mixed nuts. I like whole almonds, walnuts and pecan halves
I roasted the nuts for a bit in a preheated 450 degree oven. Maybe 12
minutes..
Sprayed a cast iron pan with cooking spray and heated the agave nectar until
it bubbled.
Added the nuts and mixed. Turn them out onto a cookie sheet with cooking
spray and cooled them down..

I use the dark amber agave Nectar..
