Thank you for this great recipe, however, it contains too much carbs, sugar from the honey, and way to much salt, and cholesterol from the egg yolks!!! I have to watch all of this very closely. But the idea of using nuts for flour instead of the regular gluten is FANTISTIC!! Couldn't you use another egg white instead of the yolk and cut out a lot of the salt and substitute something else for some of th honey? Many Thanks
