hey everyone
i was wondering what you would suggest to break a plateau?
i've pretty much gotten used to the fast 5 way of life. i eat around 900 calories a day, 1200 max on days i get a bit more hungry. i'm 5' 7", stabilized at around 145 lbs and want to lost about 5 more. i exercise twice a week for about an hour and a half but i still have a layer of, perhaps because of winter!, blubber that i'd like to get rid of. i pretty much keep to the 5 hour fast about 6 days of the week and my daily diet consists of majority protein/fat in the form of meat or eggs, some whole grain carbs and fruits. does anyone have any tips?
anything would be greatly appreciated!
