PREPARATION TIME: 3 minutes
Servings: 4
2 1/12 cups cold water
1/4 cup lemon juice (about 1 large lemon fresh squeezed)
2 Tbsp SUN CRYSTALS All-Natural Granulated Blend
1 cup ice
1. MIX water, lemon juice and SUN CRYSTALS in a 6 cup pitcher. Stir
until the SUN CRYSTALS have dissolved. Add ice and serve immediately.
Recipe options:
Mojito-ade:
Substitute the lemon juice with lime juice. Mottle 3 mint
sprigs with the SUN CRYSTALS in the bottom of the pitcher. Add water
and lime juice. Stir well. Add ice just before serving.
Sparkling Lemonade:
Substitute the water with plain or fruit flavored seltzer water. Berry Lemonade: Add 3/4 cup crushed raspberries or strawberries (fresh or
frozen) to the recipe above. Frozen Lemonade: Reduce water to 2 cups.
Increase ice to 1 1/2 cups. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover
and blend until smooth.
Servings: 4
