Thanks! Let us know if it works for you. I was impressed by
it mainly after the fact. I caught a really bad cold ... the first
BAD cold I've had in years ... and I asked if anyone knew something.
That is the recipe that came up. What impressed me was that
it was very similar to the hot-saucy stuff I usually eat, but
hadn't eaten for 2 weeks before I caught the cold (because I was
on a trip). So next trip, I bring the sauce!
I don't know of a good book. The problem with books
is that there are a few good things and then a lot of junk, usually.
What I DO have is a lot of good wise women-friends on the web
who keep sharing "what works". I think of us a lot of nerve cells
in a giant brain, making pathways for "whatever works" in life.
(not to be sexist, but on the web, the women tend to chat
about health things way more than the guys chat, and in general
don't mind getting detailed about symptoms).
I do tend to post "what works" on my blog though, for reference.
That recipe should probably go there too.
