This group makes me so happy, everyone is so supportive! I really think it helps me to have a group of great people to report back to, because I still have temptations to eat breakfast but it helps me to think through how I'll feel if I eat it when I have to report back, I hope to continue losing weight and get under 200 pounds, I don't care the end result number if its at least got a 1 in front of it lol. You are an inspiration. Please keep posting about your progress -- it really helps me, and I'm sure many others!

Just 8 days till the end of November and my mad race to write a novel -- and when that's over I go back to exercising with a vengeance. Usually I walk and/or do a dance tape and/or a special aerobic breathing & weightlifting routine, at least five days a week, but this month I've hardly done anything. (I'm used to this -- have done this marathon for five years now -- so I'm used to more chocolate and less exercise during these 30 days.)

I still can't believe, though, that almost WITHOUT exercising, just keeping to my five-hour window, I've lost 5 1/2 pounds since November 1st -- and the month isn't over yet!

This is a great way of eating, esp. as it helps me cut down on the time I spend feeling fatigued as a result of (probably) overeating + eating carbs which make me sleepy and totally sapped of energy. I can go ALL DAY without eating, just drinking water or diet soda or tea and feel absolutely FINE.

I LOVE this! Naturally, my five-hour window on Thanksgiving will include a REALLY good dinner -- but the rest of the time I'll be at the computer writing and NOT thinking about food!

I sleep so well like as if my body is at peace with food and I don't wake up during the night to eat and when i do wake I feel so refreshed and energetic and not hungry! I'm really enjoying this!
