Hi Jess and everyone else,
I find it so interesting that so many of us have these same sentiments - I feel so much energy, I don't feel sluggish, I'm not hungry at all, I feel so free etc., etc., etc. Including me. So why am I not sticking to it this time around??? I know how great I feel when I eat this way and I honestly do have more energy and I get so much more accomplished throughout my day without having to take the time to eat and hem & haw about what to eat and then feel bloated and sluggish because I ate. It is like a vicious cycle that I have gotten stuck in again and it all starts with just eating one thing in the morning. ARGHHHH!
So when I know how to avoid all these negative things and have the tools to avoid them (Fast-5) why do I keep falling into the 24 hr eating trap?

I sleep so well like as if my body is at peace with food and I don't wake up during the night to eat and when i do wake I feel so refreshed and energetic and not hungry! I'm really enjoying this! Keep it up everyone! ~Jess
