Probably mostly liver and onions. And I like dark rotisserie chicken meat- the thigh usually comes with a liver tucked up inside all that yummy fat and skin. ;) Chicken legs break pretty easily and have a little marrow. They even make little marrow spoons you can get to help get the marrow out.
