[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Re: what do you use pesto in

I use it in Dreamfields Pasta,with sauteed squash, zuccini, onions and garlic (or whatever carb friendly vegetables you like) with chicken or shrimp or even pork in it. Delicious and diabetic friendly. Toss a salad and you have a great dinner.
