Oven-Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Gremolata - 11g Carbs, 4g Fiber, 4g Sugar

2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
3/4 lb asparagus, trimmed
2 large shallots, cut into thin wedges OR 1/3 cup thinly sliced onion
1 Tbsp Promise Buttery Spread, melted
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Combine parsley, cheese and lemon peel in small bowl; set aside.
Toss asparagus, shallots and Promise® Buttery Spread in 13 x 9-inch
roasting pan. Roast 15 minutes or until tender.
Arrange asparagus mixture on serving platter, then top with cheese
mixture. Season, if desired, with freshly ground black pepper.
