Yeah, if you really dislike something after trying it, your body probably
doesn't like it. I really really tried to eat wheat bread for many years,
and just developed an aversion to it. Which probably saved my life.
I'm just now re-discovering some of the other grains/legumes
though. I've never been a vegetarian: rather we grew up mostly
on meat, dairy, and chicken. I'm finding that I do better with
more polysaccharides and collagen in my diet, and more
eggs and fish. Might have something to do with getting old.

Yeah, I used to take bean-o. Gosh, did I suffer trying to be a vegetarian. I don't miss beans, and I don't crave them, and I figure if I have so much trouble with them, I am happy to leave them alone.
