Watercress Feta Spread

1/2 pound cream cheese -- 1 eight-ounce package
5 1/4 ounces feta cheese -- (1/3 pound)
1/2 ounce watercress
2 cloves garlic -- minced
salt and pepper -- to taste
To thin: -- some milk
Put all of the above ingredients together in a blender and process until
smooth, green and creamy. Only add some milk if needed to make the spread
smoother or more liquid.
This spread can be used on sandwiches, bagels, and pita bread. It may also
be used as a dip.
