Salmon-Stuffed Eggs - 3g Carbs, Trace Fiber

Not your average deviled eggs. Stuffed with elegant salmon and
garnished with fresh dill, these little devils are superb for
those times when you really want to impress your guests.
Ready in 5 minutes, recipe by Eggland's Best
12 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked eggs
1 (6oz can) Salmon, drained & flaked
1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp fresh Dill, finely chopped
1/8 tsp black pepper
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks to a medium
bowl; set aside the egg whites.
Add the salmon, mayonnaise, dill, and pepper to the yolks; mix
until well combined.
Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
Notes and Suggestions - -
Make them fancy! Simply fill a resealable plastic storage bag with
the egg yolk filling. Snip off a corner of the bag. Pipe the filling
directly into the egg whites.
Top with additional chopped dill or chopped pimento for garnish.
