[epilepsy] epilepsy survey for those who suffer from partial seizures - reminder

 

All,

Reminder that Find A Cure Panel has a current survey for patients only (no Caregivers unfortunately) who:

1) suffer from partial seizures (simple or complex) and

2) suffer from seizures more than once every 6 months.

It carries a $100 donation to an epilepsy non profit of your choice. This is the highest that we offer.
