iw as on both Trileptal and Topomax for several years, and Lyrica was the third one added to that mix. Earlier this year I went of the Topomax because I was on vry high doses of that and trileptal. I am nearly 3 years post right temporal lobectomy, and I will say that being on Trileptal and Lyrica is much better then the three together because of the side effects of topomax.

My Dr. is considering adding a 3rd anti-seizure med to my Topomax, Trileptal
mix. She is thinking about Lamictal, Vimpat, Keppra or Phenobarbital. She
said I could research them and ask this list for experiences and advice
