[epilepsy] Post seizure

 

I was wondering if others who also get seizures have found something
that is super helpful. My last seizure was last night when asleep
and my husband gave me Lorazepam which made me stay asleep quite awhile. I got up and took other pill, Lamictal, and went back to
sleep. It's 10:30 now. I'm having a yogurt and then I am going
back to bed. I still feel headache on right side. Is there anything
you might be doing post seizure that helps? Please share. Thanks.
