1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt -- Greek-style preferred
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Goes with anything grilled, roasted [favorites] or steamed vegetables. Also great as a dip or a sandwich spread.
Yields about 1/3 cup per serving.
